      HOT Building and Framing completed the demolition and framing for a major addition and remodel of our home. Because of the great experience, we had them come back to build a barndominium/guest house for us a couple of years later. The addition/remodel included demolition, new windows throughout, framing for ~700 sqft of living space, and a new roof/porch. The crew was professional and treated the house like their own, never cutting corners and cleaning up constantly so that we didn't have to deal with the construction dust and trash. The addition is seamless and looks like part of the original home. For the guest house/barndominium, HOT Building and Framing worked to incorporate it into our existing barn with ~750 sqft of living space and ~1000 sqft of barn. They removed the old tin carefully so that it could be reused, replaced all the rotten existing boards, and then worked with the existing structure to frame the guest house. They also installed all the windows, interior/exterior doors, and did the trim work. We couldn't be happier with the work and will not hesitate to call again when we need more work done.
